Phil is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach who offers a confidential and niche coaching and mentoring consultancy service by integrating Coaching and Mentoring practices. The International Coaching Federation describes professional coaching as the process of “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.” 

‘Moaching’ is a combination of coaching and mentoring that assists leaders and educators in creating their pathway to transformational results.

He has studied Conflict Resolution & Dispute System Design extensively and understands how to create positive, functioning cultures that flourish and promote collective teacher efficacy and wellbeing.
